Brand Mission Statement
The Be You brands mission is to encourage individuals to be the best versions of themselves both “on and off the field.” Meaning to never stop growing outside of what you do but always within who you are. Our message is to inspire others that we don't fall short to others opinions, but rise to our own abilities through strength and perseverance.
Brand Inspiration
The brand was inspired by Kelsie Whitmore, a current professional baseball player and member of the Women's USA National Baseball team. Whitmore has grown up playing baseball since the age of 6. With the lifestyle of being the only female in a male dominated sport, it came with a lot of unspoken challenges.

Her Story
Kelsie Whitmore is a 26-year-old American Professional Baseball player from Temecula, California and the first woman to play professional baseball in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, an MLB Partner Affiliate. She played for the Staten Island FerryHawks the past two seasons (2022/2023). In 2024, she recently signed as a pitcher for the Oakland Ballers of the Pioneer League.
Whitmore attended Cal State Fullerton, where she played Division 1 softball, putting up multiple Big-West achievements, including the title of Player of the Year in 2021. She graduated from CSUF with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology.
Whitmore has also been selected to play for the USA Women’s National Baseball team since the age of 16, winning several gold medals and a silver medal in the process. In recognition of her achievements in baseball she was named the 2022 USA Baseball Sportswoman of the Year.
